UNDP’s SDG Acceleration Pathways are an adaptive, flexible and integrated approach that guide decision-makers in identifying key policy actions that drive development progress.

It’s four-phases are grounded in the Diagnostic, but go deeper to include:

An analysis of development trends, gaps, and priorities through data visualization

Generative dialogue, and foresight methods

Economic modelling to assess the impact of potential accelerators.

Systematic assessments of the costs, interlinkages, and trade-offs within each country.
